This booklet documents his trip to Rome as a member of the party accompanying John Cardinal Glennon, Archbishop of St. Louis, to the Papal Consistory held in Rome, Italy, February 12-19, 1946.

Oliver L. Parks was born June 1899, and he was the son of Alvan and Sarah Parks. He is enumerated in the 1900 Census in Minonk, Woodford Cty, IL, and in 1930 he is enumerated with his wife Margaret in University City, MO.
